Good customer service, nice packaging, but needs a better Lab clip art image with a longer lab tail and a thin cut to accent the labs ear. Came with 3-holes I didn’t request (may have been my fault, but there was not a selection option for holes or no holes).

We finally got our sign up! We love it, and we love the fantastic customer service. The sign arrived wrapped well and even included bronze hardware to mount it. We will certainly order other items from Madison Iron & Wood.
