Materials:
- Panel is made from High Quality American Made Steel - 12ga Steel
- We use a zinc-rich powder coat undercoat, a step that sets us apart from other metal fabricators and adds a second layer of protection against the elements.
-
Finished in a variety of colors in a high-quality powder coat paint with UV inhibitors to prevent fading.
Boarder Styles:
None - The borderless style consists of just the panel itself, without any welded structure, allowing you to encase it in wood to customize it for your project needs. You can easily achieve this by making a single blade cut in the center of 2x4 boards to create a wood frame around the panel, or by framing it in wood and using L edge brackets on both sides of the panel to beautify the structure and make it more secure. This is a great option if you are using the panel for projects such as fencing, gates or as a privacy screen.
Bar- This option includes a heavy duty 1/4" x 2" bar frame welded around the panel's perimeter. The frame has holes for screws, making installation easier and the bar itself adds strength to the railing. It's an excellent choice if you want to add a wider top board for items such as drinks or potted plants.
2" Square Tube - This option features 2" square tubing welded to the top and bottom of the panel, along with a 1/4" x 2" flat bar welded to the side for post installation. This design simplifies installation by eliminating the need for wood framing and provides a sleek, finished look. The sides have screw holes for securing to the post, while the top and bottom remain hole-free. This option is ideal if you plan to use our 3" metal post for a sturdy, simplified installation and can also be used on wood post as well.
If you would like more information on how to install, please see our installation instructions under "Installation" tab on our homepage.
If you have special sizing, installation needs, or are needing a more specific look for your fence or balcony please use the "contact us" page to send us a message and we should be able to help you with a custom order.
We offer our panels in a large variety of color options so you can get that specific look you deserve. Be aware that the glossy paints such as Red, Blue, Green, and semigloss black tend to show scuffs and scratches more than our other paint selections.

Fence Panels
We offer multiple length panels, but they are all 30 inches tall. We do this because the standard fence/railing is about 36" tall. These panels are made to be installed with a beam on top and bottom, so we decided to give 6" of clearance so the fence/railing could still be the standard 36" with our panels installed.
Stair Railings
Our stair railing panels follow standard sizing practices. The most common incline is 37 degrees, and the most common handrail is around 34 inches tall. We understand that not all staircases are built the same. If you need a different incline or hand rail height, please contact us for a quote!
