Down Angled Saddle Truss or Rafter Brackets - Nominal Sizes
This rafter hanger is a great supporting bracket for your joists. It also can add a decorative touch to any exposed beam rafter sections that run into your Ridge Beam. Made from Heavy Duty 12-gauge steel and finished in a super tough baked on powder coat finish with UV inhibitors that will not fade over time like most other paints. Our brackets are made to order, that is why we are able to offer a wide variety of colors and size options. If you have specific bracket needs let us know and we can help.
These rafter hangers are made to fit Nominal wood sizes, meaning (for example) if you buy a 2x6 from the hardware store its actual measurements are 1-1/2"x5-1/2" and you will need an 1-9/16" Width x 5" Height actual size joist hanger. These rafter hangers are for the rafter board width not the facia or ridge board width. If you have some boards outside these dimensions, we do have true sized joist hangers, or we can make custom orders. Common uses: Decorative brace to cover up Rafter to drywall transition, Transition on peak or ridge board to rafter that runs perpendicular to the rafters, rafters that runs directly into your ridge board

- Height - 3", 5", 8", 9", 11", 13", 15"
- Angle - 3/12 - 12/12 ceiling pitches
- All brackets are made to order
- These brackets will run just 1/2" under the top of the board to accommodate shrinkage and inconsistent sizing.

Hole Sizes- Holes large enough for 5/16" bolts. (Hardware sold separately - Available Here) - If you have different hole size requirements let us know
