Here's the straight truth: for fully custom commissions, we don't provide free mockups before you've hired us for the work.

Why? Because custom design takes real time—and in a small fabrication shop like ours, time is a tangible cost. Every hour spent sketching, engineering a design to work in metal, and tweaking fonts is an hour we need to account for to keep the lights on and the lasers running. That said, we absolutely do offer mockups for personalized signs for a $15 fee. You must request one so we can add it to your order. More on that in just a moment.
