Grapevine Wrought Iron Mailbox Post Accessory Dress Up Kit for Wood Posts

Tired of looking at your plain old wood mailbox post while everyone else has a beautiful looking mailbox post? Why let the first thing friends, family, and neighbors see in front of your beautiful property be an eye sore? It doesn't take much to turn the plain into interesting. This will be one of the best outdoor decorative items that you purchase. Each piece is made of welded steel and cast iron construction... this is not a light garden ornament piece. All parts come with a super heavy duty powder coat finish so it doesn't rust or fade like other cast iron, and it comes with matching rust resistant powder coated hardware.
This kit is shown on a plain mailbox post (NOT included) that can be bought from any hardware store and it looks exceptional after a coat of Provincial Stain and the accessory kit made by Madison Iron and Wood. It took a total of 10 minutes to put the hardware on and VOILA! an amazing looking conversation piece and it doesn't look like the plain old cheap plastic mailbox everybody else has. If your post is flimsy, this angle bracket will sturdy things up when properly installed.
Stand out, make it amazing, add wrought iron from Madison Iron and Wood to adorn your wood projects!

The tolerance on a post is sloppy. The tolerance on these caps is very tight. Get yourself a sharp chisel. You may need to shave some wood. They look good. I am curious to see how they wear over the course of years with exposure to the elements.

These look great at the end of our driveway. The poles are 8x8 and we had a hard time finding something large enough. Most finials were small and didn’t stand out enough. Plus the others were designed for 4x4 or 6x6 posts and would not fit. Thank you!!
