I purchased the 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" Heron post cap. It is absolutely beautiful. I did have to do a significant about of sanding to make it fit. I liked it so much that I ordered another one.

Vous en avez assez de regarder votre vieille boîte aux lettres en bois alors que tout le monde a une belle boîte aux lettres ? Pourquoi laisser la première chose que vos amis, votre famille et vos voisins voient devant votre belle propriété vous faire mal aux yeux ? Il n'en faut pas beaucoup pour rendre la plaine intéressante. Ce sera l’un des meilleurs objets de décoration extérieure que vous achèterez. Le support inférieur est fabriqué en acier massif de 1/4" x 1-1/4" avec une volute ondulée incroyablement conçue. Chaque pièce est fabriquée en acier soudé et en fonte... ce n'est pas une pièce d'ornement de jardin légère. Toutes les pièces sont dotées d'un revêtement en poudre très résistant afin qu'elles ne rouillent pas et ne se décolorent pas comme les autres fontes, et elles sont livrées avec du matériel assorti à revêtement en poudre résistant à la rouille.

Excellent experience. I had a question about my order after I placed it and the response was very prompt. The product was shipped out quickly and was exactly as described. Beautiful addition to my deck.
Just newly landscaped and fenced a new property, still a work in progress but my landscaper suggested adding fence post caps and so I did a random internet search which led me to Madison. So glad I did. I think it elevated my new cedar & hog wire fence. These are quality caps. You may not be able to see from the photo, but on the very back gate, I installed the red dog bone caps which are adorable...this area is technically my dog run so added those for fun.

I purchased 10 different post caps and 21 total. They all came in perfect condition-well wrapped and not a scratch on them. Installed them all easily following the video instructions. They have only been up 2 hours and I received several compliments. Would highly recommend them to anyone. PS. I appreciate the extra screws you sent since I lost one in the bushes!

The tolerance on a post is sloppy. The tolerance on these caps is very tight. Get yourself a sharp chisel. You may need to shave some wood. They look good. I am curious to see how they wear over the course of years with exposure to the elements.
