Madison Iron manufactured custom truss brackets for my project. The quality of the parts is excellent and their service was excellent as well. Custom products are hard since issues often come up that need to be resolved. We ran into one such issue and Madison was quick to work with me to figure things out. I recommend Madison over Simpson!

- Hole sizes are sized for 5/16" bolts.
- Angled, Peak and T Bracket Dimensions Are located on the pictures. Please ask if you have special sizing considerations.
- The fan bracket does not change based on pitch, the rest of the brackets will be different depending on the pitch chosen
- If you have larger width boards than 4" we have this set available in others sizes. Please see our other listings. for 6 and 8" wide boards or reach out to us via our "contact us" page if you need assistance finding the right bracket.

Our brackets are made to order and shipped from our shop in Madison, Indiana! We are a proud service connected disabled veteran family business and we truly appreciate your patronage.
Materials
Our brackets are made of solid 12 gauge and 1/4-inch steel and finished with a durable layer of powder-coat paint. 12ga is a good solid steel and is good more most applications. If you feel you need some added strength, we offer them in 1/4" steel as well.

Exactly what I ordered.
I added some beams to front of my new garage I thought your truss bracket was very well made. I did have to go to different vendor to get square head lag screws, so you might want to provide them in the future. Most people would use regular bolts but I am fussy and want the old look.

I realized I had made a mistake on the order, I called and tried to fix it, they weren't willing to make changes to the order. None the less I had to manufacture my own to the sizes and pitch that I needed for the job. The whole order wasn't any good for the project.

Store owner replied: Hi Lamar, Sorry that it did not fit your application. We only make what you order and we make them to your specifications as roof pitches vary from customer to customer. So, we rely on our customers to make accurate measurements and be knowledgeable of what they are ordering before placing an order. We have blogs and other resources to walk you through this and are always available to answer your pre-order questions and provide prints if necessary to verify. But once we make the custom products for you and have them delivered, there is little we can do to change because of miss-measuring. We are a custom fab shop and not a retail store so we don't just pull items off a shelf. This gives us alot of flexibility in design changes, and product offering but not so much in taking returns if it doesn't fit. This would put us at a huge disadvantage and the only way to recover the cost would be to increase prices for everyone, which isn't fair to them or us. We appreciate your understanding in this - Chuck
