• Center panel is made of 12 gauge steel (~1/8" thick)

Border Options (More Details in Product Images):

• Tabs - 1/8" thick steel tabs bent on each side for quick and easy installation. (1/4" Bolt Holes)
• Bar- 1/4" thick x 2" wide bar welded all the way around the panel 1/4" screw holes for easy installation
• 2 Inch Square Tube- 2"x2" Tube welded to the top and bottom of the panel with a 1/4" thick x 2" wide bar welded on the sides with screw holes.

Materials-

- High Quality American made Steel - 12ga Steel finished in a super durable powder coat finish in a variety of color options.

Boarder Styles:

None - The borderless style is just the panel itself without any welded structure so that you can encase it in your wood fencing or balcony. This can be done easily by ripping a single blade cut in the center of a 2x4 board to make a wood frame or by using edging on both sides of the panel.

Tabs - This option includes 2 bent tabs on each side and 2-4 bent tabs on the top and bottom of the panel (depending on the chosen length). The tabs and the fence panel are one solid piece, no welding. This allows for a very solid panel that is easy to install at a cost affective price.

Bar- This includes a heavy duty 1/4" x 2" bar frame welded on the perimeter of the panel. The frame also has holes for screws, making installation much quicker and easier while also adding a lot of strength to the railing.  Customers tend to pick this option if they want to place a wider top board for their fence to put their drinks or potted plants on. - Please be aware this will add 1/2" to the overall length and width of the panel. So, if you order a 30"x60" panel this will be 30-1/2" x 60-1-1/2" overall size

2" Square Tube- This option includes 2" square tubing welded to the top and bottom of the panel as well as 1/4"x2" flat bar welded to the side to install to the post. This makes installation simple as it does not require to have any wood framing and has a very sleek finished look. It has screw holes on the sides to screw into your post and none on the top and bottom.  - Please be aware that this will add 4" to the top and bottom of your panel and 1/2" to the length. So, if you order a 30"x60" panel this option will be 34" tall x 60-1/2" wide.  This option is preferred if you are planning on using our 3" metal post for a very finished, sturdy, and simplified installation.
