These guys are for real. Great custom work and reasonable prices. Highly Recommend.
I ordered a custom dimension 4”x4” post cap for our camp staircase posts. It’s an inside application so the slightly smaller dimensions for a tight fit was disappointing. Now I have to work on a post that has its finished surface. Maybe an inside and outside application question could be considered.

Store owner replied: Hi John, I'm sorry you had some issues with fitting your post caps. Post sizes can vary from post to post, supplier, wetness and condition of post, and type of wood used. So the best we can do is inform our customers of the sizes of our post caps and we rely on customers to measure correctly as we make all of these post caps to order. Thank you for understanding!
