Materials:
- Panel is made from High Quality American Made Steel - 16ga Steel
- Includes 4 - 1" Tubes to support the panels. Designed to bolt into concrete to support the structure.
- We use a zinc-rich powder coat undercoat, a step that sets us apart from other metal fabricators and adds a second layer of protection against the elements.

Finished in a variety of colors in a high-quality powder coat paint with UV inhibitors to prevent fading.

We offer our covers in a large variety of color options so you can get that specific look you deserve. Be aware that the glossy paints such as Red, Blue, Green, and semigloss black tend to show scuffs and scratches more than our other paint selections.

I used epoxy to mount them. Vinegar, salt, & Hydrogen peroxide to rust them.
The caps complemented the post very nicely.

Very high quality! The only problem was that these caps were too small for my nominal 6x6 posts, by about an eighth of an inch all around. Haven’t quite figured out how I’m going to take that much wood off the posts to make these caps fit, but I will find a way, I love these caps!

Loved the caps! It was very hard to get them to fit on the 5.5x5.5 posts. Took a lot of routering and rasping for my husband to get to fit. Would have been easier if slightly bigger. Our posts were exactly5.5 x5.5. They are exactly what I wanted.
